G180 Nozzle:
The G180 refuelling nozzle has replaced the G457-240 nozzle, which has been used by the Ministry of Defence in the UK for many years. It is lightweight, comfortable to operate, and rugged. Also, it has spout system is designed to give the operator the choice of which spout suits their aircraft and to change it within seconds. Additionally, a soft-close feature that allows the operator to control the flow of fuel. The G180 has a variety of spout configurations, inlets, handle guards, and dust caps to suit your operation.
G457 Nozzle:
The nozzle was designed because a nozzle was need to fill aircraft while the turbines and avionics were running was identified as a necessity. This led to the G457 being created, which allows for a rapid turn around of the aircraft safely. It can also be used in all sorts of climates and temperatures. It has a high level shut off, therefore protecting the operator and aircraft from spillage when the tanks are full. It is manufactured in anodised aluminium with either a straight or curved spout.
