EW Fuel Management Limited is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This privacy policy explains how we use the information we collect about you and how you can limit/remove it where necessary.

1. The information we collect and how we use it

When you send an enquiry for our products we need to know your name, company name, email and telephone as a minimum. We do ask a further option for an address but this is not compulsory. We gather this information to allow us to process your enquiry and to provide a quotation/response. The relevant information is then used exclusively by EW Fuel Management Limited. Your data will not be passed to anyone else unless we receive authorised consent. Your email may however be used by a third party mailing system or CRM system but it is guaranteed that this information is not kept/or looked at by this party.

We may also use your information and statistics internally for the purposes of monitoring enquiries. This helps us to develop new products, website features and general services. These statistics are kept internally and not shared with any other party.

On some occasions you may be contacted by a member of our team. This is solely to gain feedback, news and information on how our product or service has been for you. We may contact you by post, e-mail, telephone, in person or via social media to ask you for your feedback and comments on our services.

We may also wish to provide you with information about our products, website or any other service we think may be of legitimate interest to you. If you would rather not receive this information, please send an e-mail message to [email protected] or unsubscribe to our mail outs.

2. Our use of cookies and other information gathering technologies

A “cookie” is a small text file that is placed on a user’s computer hard drive by a website. There are several types of cookie and the most common are often referred to as ‘session’ cookies. These are used to keep track of information needed by a user as they travel from page to page within a website. These cookies have a short lifetime and expire within a few minutes of the user leaving the site.

Our website only uses short-lived “session cookies” in order to provide the stated functionality for the users who proceed with an enquiry.

3. Your consent

By sending us your enquiry, be it via email, telephone, face to face, social media or through the online form,

unless stated otherwise, you consent to the use of that information as set out in this policy.

If we change our privacy policy we will post the changes on this page, and may place notices on other pages of the website, so that you may be aware of the information we collect and how we use it at all times. Continued use of the service will signify that you agree to any such changes.

4. How to contact us
