What a day! Almost a month ago now, on the 22nd of September 2022 EWFM exhibited at yet another successful show; the Tank Storage Conference and Exhibition held at the Coventry Building Society Arena. The event hosts a fantastic opportunity for people who care about bulk liquid storage operations to come together.
Throughout the day delegates are given the opportunity to attend a range of conferences led by industry experts. These included but weren’t limited to:
- Daniel Brain, Director (Supply Operations EMEA Aviation, World Fuel Services)
- Jane Lassey (HSE Director of Chemicals, Explosives & Microbiological Hazards Division)
- Judy Proctor (Deputy Director Radioactive Substances and Installations Regulation, Environment Agency)
In between the conferences delegates were free to explore the Exhibition. The Exhibition consisted of a whole range of companies, from Tank Builders to Pump Manufactures, Fire Systems and more. All with the common interest of improving safety and effectiveness of operations in this industry.
EWFM’s time at the show:
So, What about EWFM? Well as pictured below you can see our nicely designed stand and also our handsome sales team Guy and Mike. We showcased a range of products including Floating Suction Units, Tank Seals, Loading Arms and much more. For us it was a great day, not only to meet existing customers but to develop new relationships. There was a huge diversity of delegates not only from the UK but also internationally. We were particularly excited by the number of refinery/terminal engineers that attended.
Our products of the show must have been the Floating Suctions Units and Tank Seals. With the aviation sector getting back on it’s feet it was clear that the need for these products is coming back in business!
It was a thoroughly successful day, and we look forward to attending again in 2023! We hope to see more of you there.
