The Model 2504-BC Triple Range Bottom Loading arm is used for road & rail applications. This model of bottom transfer arm is designed for loading chemical products to a bottom connection point. This model is mounted directly onto a riser post (this is available on request) This triple range bottom unloading arm is supplied with a with five Swivel Joints for vertical and horizontal positioning. Its range and manoeuvring abilities means it is easy to find and connect to the mating tanker connection. This chemical arm is made as standard in Stainless Steel with a range of seals to suit most medias. More exotic materials are also available on request.

Triple Range LPG Bottom Loading Arm – Model 2503-BC-LPG
EW Fuel Management Ltd supply the triple range LPG bottom loading arm type. This loading arm (Model 2503BC) has five swivel joints therefore giving it full vertical and horizontal rotation.
The spring balance system furthermore gives the operator enhanced ease of movement. Flow control is due to a ball valve comes with a locking device in the closed position. The safety breakaway coupling prevents spillage in case of vehicle movement. Consequently this stops damage to the environment reduces fire risk, prevents risk to the operator and plant. The mating connection to the vehicle can be either a loose flange or threaded or drybreak coupling.
In addition this triple range LPG bottom loading arm can be mounted on site on a gantry for which mounting plates can be supplied.

The Triple Range LPG Closed System Bottom Loading Arm Station stand post maybe replaced with a support fixing plate suitable for installing the loading arm on a wall or gantry.
