Triple Range Electrically Heated Bottom Unloading Arm | Model 2454-BC-TRC

The Triple Range Electrically Heated Bottom Unloading Arm is designed for the safe unloading of hydrocarbons and biofuels from tank trucks and rail cars. This arm is mounted directly onto a riser post, which can be supplied on request, and its triple-range design provides flexibility to reach multiple connection points with ease.

The arm incorporates one Style 40 swivel joint and two Style 70 double swivel joints, ensuring smooth horizontal and vertical movement throughout the unloading process. A base support at the bottom of the arm maintains stability during operation, while safety is enhanced through the inclusion of an EEx-d box for electrical components and an EEx-d junction box for the heating cable, protecting operators while managing electrically heated fluids.
