Description

Engineered Delivery Nozzles are precision-designed for filling liquids into containers such as drums, casks, IBCs, and barrels. They offer a reliable and safe method for transferring fluids in industrial, chemical, and food-grade applications.

Manual Nozzle
The Manual Nozzle is operated via a simple trigger mechanism. Pulling the trigger opens the valve to release the liquid, while releasing it closes the valve. This provides operators with precise control over the flow, making it ideal for careful dosing or handling of hazardous fluids.

Automatic Nozzle
The Automatic Nozzle functions similarly to a petrol pump. Pulling the trigger opens the valve, and as the container fills, the nozzle senses back pressure and automatically shuts off. This reduces the risk of spillage, improves efficiency, and simplifies operations, particularly in high-volume filling environments.

Additional Features
Engineered Delivery Nozzles are compatible with a broad spectrum of fluids, including corrosive chemicals, flammable liquids, hygienic products, and food-grade materials. They conform to ATEX standards for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, and FDA-compliant materials are available on request. Optional features such as vapour recovery systems can be integrated to further enhance safety and environmental compliance.
