Triple Range Bottom Unloading Arm | Model 2454-BC

The Model 2454-BC Triple Range Bottom Unloading Arm is designed for the efficient unloading of hydrocarbon products from a bottom connection point, making it ideally suited to both road and rail applications. The arm is typically mounted directly onto a riser post, which can be supplied on request.

Incorporating five swivel joints, the 2454-BC provides exceptional manoeuvrability and a wide operational range, ensuring operators can easily align and connect to the mating tanker connection. This flexibility simplifies handling while improving efficiency and safety during the unloading process.

For ease of operation, the Triple Range Bottom Unloading Arm  is equipped with a compression spring balance cylinder, allowing smooth movement with minimal effort. A ball valve with a locking device in the closed position is fitted as standard, along with a vacuum breaker to enable fast and efficient drainage after use.

The Model 2454-BC can be manufactured in either right- or left-hand configurations, depending on your site layout and requirements. All arms are manufactured to ATEX and PED standards, ensuring compliance, safety, and reliability in demanding hydrocarbon transfer environments.
