Description
The Swivel Joint 3996 Series is a low-profile swivel joint specifically designed for installations with limited vertical height, providing an ideal solution for articulated pipework where reduced clearance is required. Its compact design allows it to be paired seamlessly with our range of loading arms, making it particularly suitable for systems where minimising height is critical.
Constructed in carbon steel with butt weld ends, the 3996 Series is available in 3″ and 4″ sizes. The swivel features two rows of ball bearings on hardened and ground tracks, offering reliable performance under standard loads and typical operating conditions. For enhanced durability, stainless steel sealing surfaces are also available, extending the service life of the swivel joint.
The Swivel Joint 3996 Series can be supplied individually or fabricated with elbows and end fittings in various configurations, as detailed in the specifications, providing flexibility for customised installations and diverse piping requirements.
