TTMA Breakaway Couplings feature TTMA flanges at both ends, connecting to API 4″ couplers and swivel elbows. Using a break-stud method, the 4.8 kg unit contains a seal disc with two pin-secured valves, ensuring dry disconnect. Designed for bottom loading stations handling liquids or fuels, it allows fast reconnection, minimal downtime, and safe operation under demanding industrial conditions.

Description

The TTMA Breakaway Coupling protects bottom loading stations, hoses, and operators from spills during tank truck movement. It disconnects automatically if the truck moves without detaching the API 4″ coupler. This prevents product loss, reduces fire risks, and protects equipment and the environment.

Fitted with TTMA flanges at both ends, the coupling connects securely to the API 4″ coupler and swivel elbow. It uses a break stud method for a reliable dry disconnect. The unit weighs 4.8 kg and contains a seal disc with two valves, each secured by pins.
