The Long Range Chemical Top Loading Arm provides maximum reach for top loading operations, allowing multiple truck or railcar compartments to be filled without repositioning. Mounted on a horizontal boom, it features three swivel joints and a swivel elbow with handles for precise manoeuvring. Manufactured in stainless steel with a range of seal options, it ensures reliable, safe, and efficient chemical transfer.
Description
The Long Range Chemical Top Loading Arm provides the greatest reach of all top loaders. It is mounted on a horizontal boom assembly, offering a wide range of movement on both vertical and horizontal planes. This allows multiple truck or rail car compartments to be filled without repositioning the vehicle.
The arm is supplied with three swivel joints and one swivel elbow for precise vertical and horizontal positioning. The swivel elbow is fitted with two handles, enabling the operator to manoeuvre the arm easily into the tanker.
The Long Range Chemical Top Loading Arm is manufactured as standard in stainless steel and can be supplied with a range of seals to suit most media. Alternative or exotic materials are also available on request.
