Aggressive Chemical Composite Hose

Aggressive Chemical Composite Hose are designed for the toughest chemical and acid handling operations. Lined with ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene), these hoses provide exceptional resistance to corrosive chemicals while maintaining excellent mechanical strength and low permeability.

Both the inner and outer wire helix can be constructed from 316 stainless steel or galvanised steel. This ensures durability, flexibility, and reliability in demanding industrial and chemical transfer environments. The standard hose version is rated for temperatures up to 100°C and includes a polypropylene reinforcement for added strength.

For high-temperature applications, a specialised version can handle working temperatures up to 160°C. This model is reinforced with polyester to withstand extreme heat while maintaining chemical resistance.

Aggressive Chemical Composite Hose are available in standard and heavy-duty variations. They are ideal for industrial plants, chemical processing, and high-stress transfer operations where durability and safety are critical.
