The Variable Reach Top Loading Arm is designed for efficient top loading of road tankers, allowing multiple compartments to be filled without repositioning the vehicle. Featuring four swivel joints, a spring balance cylinder, and flexible valve operation, it ensures smooth, precise handling. With ATEX and PED compliance, it delivers safe, reliable, and high-performance operation for both frequent and occasional use.
The Variable Reach Top Loading Arm is designed for efficient top loading of road tankers. Its flexible design allows multiple compartments to be filled without moving the vehicle. This saves time and improves operational efficiency. The Model 621-BC is ideal for high-volume or frequent use. The Model 721-BC is suited to lower volume or occasional use.
The arm includes four swivel joints, providing precise horizontal and vertical movement. A compression spring balance cylinder ensures smooth, controlled operation. The loading valve can operate in either hold-open or stay-open mode. An extension or remote control is available for outboard valve operation.A vacuum breaker is integrated for fast and efficient drainage. The arm can be supplied in left- or right-hand configurations to suit site requirements.
