Description
The Triple Range LPG Bottom Loading Arm (Model 2503-BC) is designed for safe and efficient transfer of LPG products from a bottom connection point. Equipped with five swivel joints, it provides full vertical and horizontal rotation, allowing precise alignment with the tanker connection. A spring balance system ensures smooth and effortless movement for the operator.
Product flow is managed by a ball valve with a locking device in the closed position, providing secure and reliable operation. A safety breakaway coupling protects against spillage in the event of vehicle movement, reducing fire risk, safeguarding the environment, and protecting both operators and plant equipment.
The arm’s mating connection can be supplied as a loose flange, threaded connection, or dry break coupling, depending on site requirements. It can also be mounted on a gantry or site structure, with mounting plates available on request.
