The Pneumatic Control System uses proven air-logic technology to automate Long Reach Loading Arms. Clearly marked push buttons control up/down movement and valve operation via pneumatic signals, while a dedicated air supply powers the cylinder and ball valve. Designed for demanding environments, it ensures precise, reliable control, reduces operator strain, and enhances safety and efficiency in loading operations.
The Pneumatic Control System is designed to automate and simplify the operation of Long Reach Loading Arms. It enables smooth vertical movement of the arm and allows operators to open or close one or more loading valves with minimal effort. Using proven air-logic technology, the system increases efficiency, reduces manual handling and improves safety during loading operations.
With the Pneumatic Control System, operators control the arm by pressing clearly marked push buttons. Buttons at the arm’s apex control up and down movement, while buttons on the protection box open and close the valves. These inputs send a pneumatic signal that controls the vertical movement of the arm and the status of the valves, ensuring precise and reliable operation.
The system is simple to use. A dedicated air supply hose feeds the air-logic control, which powers a pneumatically operated ball valve and a pneumatic cylinder for smooth up-and-down movement. At the end of the loading arm, the system includes up, down and press push buttons along with a positionable spider for added control.
Built to handle demanding industrial environments, the Pneumatic Control System delivers safe, consistent and efficient operation for Long Reach Loading Arms, making it an ideal choice for facilities looking to improve performance and reduce manual strain.
