Triple Range Chemical Bottom Unloading Arm | Model 2455-BC

The Model 2455-BC Triple Range Chemical Bottom Unloading Arm is designed for road and rail applications, providing efficient unloading of chemical products from a bottom connection point. The arm is typically mounted directly onto a riser post, which can be supplied on request.

This triple range arm features five swivel joints, allowing full vertical and horizontal movement. Its range and manoeuvrability make it easy to connect to the mating tanker with precision. The arm is manufactured as standard in stainless steel and can be fitted with a selection of seals to suit most media. Alternative or exotic materials are available on request.

A compression spring balance cylinder ensures smooth operation, while a ball valve with a locking device provides secure control of product flow. A vacuum breaker allows for rapid and efficient drainage.
