The Long Range Top Loading Arm with Rigid Vapour Recovery is designed to handle aggressive and toxic media safely and efficiently. Its dual-boom design allows the bottom boom to deliver the product while the top boom captures any vapours released during filling, directing them through the recovery line. A vapour recovery cone fits securely into the manhole, preventing environmental release and allowing potential recovery of the vapourised product, improving both safety and operational profitability.

The Long Range Top Loading Arm with Rigid Vapour Recovery two booms operate together as a single unit and incorporate four swivel joints, providing smooth horizontal and vertical movement. Up-and-down motion is controlled by a pneumatic cylinder, operated conveniently via push buttons located at the apex and base. Flow is managed by a pneumatic ball valve, also controlled from these points, giving the operator precise control over the loading process.

Because the vapour recovery cone hides the fluid level in the tanker, an overfill sensor is included. This sensor monitors the liquid level and sends an electrical signal to close the valve or trigger the bump, preventing overfill and ensuring safe, reliable operation at all times.
