The Long Range Electrically Heated Top Unloading Arm is designed to provide maximum reach for transferring hot fluids such as asphalt, sulphur and bitumen. Its extended operating range makes it one of the most flexible options in our top unloading arm range.
A horizontal boom assembly enables wide movement on both vertical and horizontal planes, allowing multiple truck or rail car compartments to be unloaded without needing to reposition the vehicle. To maintain a clean and safe working environment, the arm is fitted with a hooking drip bucket at the end of the tube to capture any excess product.
For smooth and reliable operation, the design incorporates three swivel joints – Style 30, Style 70 Double and Style 40, ensuring easy manoeuvrability during unloading. Combined with its heated construction, this Long Range Electrically Heated Top Unloading Arm offers a robust and efficient solution for handling temperature-sensitive media over extended distances.
