Gas Couplings – For LPG in Stainless Steel and Brass

The Gas Couplings are used to prevent excess spillage. They have been developed for safe handling of both Liquid & Vapour LPG in all weathers and with the operators wearing PPE.  Also with spill free, safe quick connection and disconnection of hoses and loading arms for tank trucks, rail tankers and tank containers.

 

Suitable for handling a range of LPG applications including Propane and Butane but can also be used for other applications with similar requirements.  The robust design with easy servicing and a high level of security assures safe and frequent use on a long term basis.

 

Significant reduction in loss of product due to leakage.

Stainless Steel and Brass / Gunmetal.

The Gas couplings are available in sizes 1 inch to 4 inch and up to 25 Bar.

Atex Ex II2G Approved

Connections

Male and Female BSP / NPT.

Acme, Whitworth threads.

ANSI and Din Flanges.

Technical Details

Seals: FPM (Viton) or NBR (Nitrile) Other materials available on request.

Temperature Range -20 Deg C to 80 Deg C. Larger Temperature Range from -50 Deg C to + 200 Deg C depending on Seal Material.

Maximum Working Pressure PN 25 300 PSI

Test Pressure 38 Bar 450 PSI

Min Burst Pressure 125 Bar 1813PSI
