Description
The Fixed Reach Electrically Heated Top Loading Arm is designed for filling rail cars and road tankers at a fixed manhole position. It provides a reliable solution for handling hot fluids such as asphalt, sulphur and bitumen, and is also suitable for certain food products, chemicals, oils and resins.
Heating options include either jackets with steam or thermal oil connection lines (see Model 2570-JACK) or explosion-proof certified electrical heat tracing for precise temperature control. This ensures the media stays at the correct temperature throughout the loading process.
The arm is available in three sizes to match different flow requirements:
- 3″ with a maximum flow rate of 35 m³/h
- 4″ with a maximum flow rate of 60 m³/h
- 6″ with a maximum flow rate of 125 m³/h
This combination of fixed reach and integrated heating makes the Fixed Reach Electrically Heated Top Loading Arm ideal for sites where temperature-sensitive loading is essential.
