Aviation Couplings provide safe, precise handling of aviation fuels in civil and military applications, suitable for bottom-loading or primary refuelling. Designed to ISO 45 / STANAG 3105 standards, they operate reliably across extreme temperatures, with specialised seals for cold conditions. Durable aluminium or stainless steel construction with riveted piston pins ensures high performance, purity, and minimal maintenance.
Aviation Couplings are engineered for the safe and efficient handling of aviation fuels in both civil and military operations. Designed to meet ISO 45 / STANAG 3105 standards, these couplings provide high performance under demanding conditions, although they are currently not suitable for under-wing refuelling.
Constructed from aluminium or stainless steel, the Aviation Coupling features a riveted piston pin to reduce the risk of failure under extreme pressure. The design ensures no yellow parts come into contact with the fuel, maintaining purity and preventing contamination.
These couplings are capable of operating in a temperature range of –38°C to +60°C, with specialised low-temperature seals available for extreme cold environments. Their versatility allows use in bottom-loading operations or as primary refuelling points for aviation vehicles.
Ideal for airports, military bases, and aviation fuel handling facilities, these couplings deliver safety, durability, and reliability where precise fuel transfer is essential.
