The G180 Refuelling Nozzle delivers safe, efficient aviation refueling with precision control, corrosion resistance, and quick-change options, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments, including offshore locations.
Constructed from durable materials with a stainless-steel hedge pin, the G180 Refuelling Nozzle features a double O-ring seal, 100-mesh strainer, integrated swivel, and optional bumper ring for aircraft protection. The Speed Spout variant allows one-handed quick-change in under five seconds. Operating up to 7.5 bar and -50°C, it achieves fuel flow rates of 302 L/min (66 US gal/min) with customisable spout and inlet configurations.
Description
The G180 Overwing Aviation Refuelling Nozzle is designed for efficient, safe, and reliable refuelling across the aviation sector. Its durable construction and high-performance components make it suitable for demanding environments, including marine locations such as offshore oil rigs. The nozzle features a stainless-steel hedge pin, providing excellent corrosion resistance in saltwater conditions, while the integrated key ring simplifies maintenance and repair tasks. For additional protection, an optional bumper ring acts as both a handle and a wing guard, safeguarding aircraft during refueling operations.
The G180 Speed Spout variant builds on the standard model by including a quick-change mechanism, allowing operators to remove or replace spouts with one hand in under five seconds, improving turnaround times on the tarmac. Both versions incorporate a range of features to ensure safe and precise fueling, including a protective ring to prevent contact damage to aircraft, a 100-mesh stainless-steel strainer, and a double O-ring sealing system to prevent leaks. The nozzle also includes a stowage device, metering capabilities, and an integrated swivel for smoother handling and increased operator control.
Engineered for reliability in extreme conditions, the G180 handles pressures up to 7.5 bar and operates in temperatures as low as -50°C (-58°F). It delivers fuel flow rates of up to 302 litres per minute (66 US gallons per minute), making it a highly efficient choice for aviation refueling applications. A variety of spout and inlet configurations are available, along with optional bumper rings, allowing customisation to meet specific operational requirements.
