Aviation Swivel Joints are a compact, high-performance solution designed for airport fuel dispensers, tank trucks, and hydrant trucks. Their streamlined design ensures smooth, unrestricted movement of pipework and hoses while maximising available space for additional refuelling equipment. Lightweight yet robust, these swivel joints allow for easy handling without adding unnecessary weight, making them ideal for efficient aviation fuel operations.

Engineered to operate under both pressure and vacuum conditions, the swivel joint supports seamless fuel filling and emptying. Each unit is precision-machined from forged rings with no welds, providing a compact and durable design while eliminating the need for costly non-destructive testing (NDE). Available in high-grade aluminium or stainless steel, these swivels perform reliably in extreme temperatures from -60°C to +100°C, making them suitable for airports operating in harsh climates, including Arctic conditions.

Specifically designed for aviation refuelling applications, these swivel joints are compatible with Jet A1, SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel), and Avgas. They feature high-performance seals and aviation-grade lubricants, ensuring long-lasting, reliable operation, maximum safety, and optimal performance in the demanding environments of the aviation industry.
