Description

The Model 2475 A-Frame Triple Range Chemical Bottom Loading Arm is designed for efficient bottom loading operations from ground level. Its compact configuration makes it particularly well suited to sites with limited space, as the arm can be parked in an almost vertical position when not in use. Wherever the arm is positioned, the outlet remains horizontal, maintained by a reliable gas spring balance unit. The Model 2475 is suitable for both single- and double-sided loading, depending on site requirements.

Manufactured as standard in stainless steel, this arm is supplied with a range of seal options to handle most chemical media safely. For more demanding environments, specialist materials are available on request to ensure compatibility and durability.

The arm incorporates a total of five swivel joints – three dedicated to vertical movement and two to horizontal – allowing smooth and controlled manoeuvrability. Typically, connection to the pipework is made via an ANSI 150 flange, though alternative flanges can be supplied if required. At the outboard end, the arm can be fitted with either an API coupler or a dry disconnect coupler for fast, secure connections to both road and rail tankers.

The Model 2475 is fully compliant with ATEX and PED standards, delivering a robust, reliable, and safe solution for chemical loading operations.
