Standard Swivel Joints
2174 Series
The 2174 Series is a robust Carbon Steel Swivel Joint designed to relieve pipe stress and fatigue. It features two rows of ball bearings running on hardened and ground tracks. This provides smooth rotation and reliable performance under load.
The 2174 Series comes in sizes from 1” to 6”, with working pressures up to 50 Bar G. It is commonly used with hydrocarbon and LPG Loading Arms. A heavy-duty version is also available for applications requiring increased load capacity.
2175 Series
The 2175 Series is one of the most versatile Swivel Joints within our range. Its simple design, ease of maintenance and extensive customisation options suit a wide variety of fluid transfer applications.
The 2175 Series comes in sizes from 1” to 6”. Material options include Aluminium, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and specialist materials such as Duplex and Super Duplex. It can operate at pressures up to 40 Bar G, depending on the application and specification.
A choice of seals, end connections and configurations allows the 2175 Series to meet specific operating requirements. Typical applications include Loading Arms, Hose Reels, Floating Suction Units and articulated floating roof drains.
2815 Series
The 2815 Series features a three-piece split flange design. It combines the strength of Carbon Steel with a Stainless Steel 316L liner. This provides additional chemical resistance and makes the Swivel Joint suitable for a wide range of aggressive media. It can also suit food and beverage applications.
The 2815 Series comes in sizes from 1.5” to 6” and handles pressures up to 50 Bar G. One of its key benefits is ease of maintenance. The three-piece design allows operators to change the primary seal without removing the ball bearings. This can help reduce maintenance time and equipment downtime.
Customers can choose between standard and hardened Carbon Steel versions, both with a Stainless Steel liner.
3996 Series
The 3996 Series is a low-profile Swivel Joint designed for installations where vertical space is limited. Its compact construction helps minimise the overall height of articulated pipework. This makes it particularly suitable for Loading Arms and other space-restricted transfer systems.
Manufactured in Carbon Steel, the 3996 Series comes in sizes from 3” to 8”. It can handle pressures up to 10 Bar G. Two rows of ball bearings run on hardened and ground tracks to provide reliable rotation. Optional Stainless Steel sealing surfaces can also provide increased durability.
A range of configurations and end connections can suit different piping and installation requirements.
Large Bore Swivel Joints
For applications involving large-diameter pipework, our Large Bore Swivel Joints provide reliable 360° rotation. Their design supports demanding loads and fluid transfer requirements.
Large Bore Swivel Joints come in sizes from 8” up to 72”. Material options include Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Duplex Steel. Depending on the application, they can incorporate either single or dual ball-bearing arrangements.
Typical applications include large-scale articulated pipework, Floating Suction Units, Hose Reels and Marine Loading Arms. These applications often operate in demanding onshore and offshore environments.
