Triple Range Jacketed Bottom Unloading Arm | Model 2454-BC-JACK

The Triple Range Jacketed Bottom Unloading Arm is designed for the safe and efficient unloading of hydrocarbons and heated chemicals from tank trucks and rail cars. Connected directly to a bottom unloading point, this arm’s triple-range design provides exceptional flexibility, allowing operators to align easily with multiple connection points.

Mounted onto a riser post, which can be supplied separately, the arm shares its core configuration with the Model 2454-BC-TRC but features a key enhancement: both its Style 40 swivel joint and two Style 70 swivel joints are fitted with heat jackets to protect the metal components from hot products flowing through the arm.

A robust base support provides stability during operation, while the integrated handle ensures smooth, controlled manoeuvrability. This combination of features makes the Triple Range Jacketed Bottom Unloading Arm an ideal solution for transferring heated hydrocarbons and chemicals safely and efficiently.
