Description

The Model 2633 Long-Range Top Loading Arm with Unsupported Offset Boom is designed for applications where no existing steelwork support is available. Featuring a built-in 12° incline, this arm helps to minimise drips after the loading process while maintaining efficient and reliable performance. The offset boom design provides a wide operating envelope, enabling operators to load multiple compartments without the need to reposition the vehicle, streamlining the transfer process.

Constructed with four swivel joints, the Model 2633 ensures smooth manoeuvrability in both vertical and horizontal planes, allowing the arm to be positioned with precision during tanker loading operations. Its design follows the proven principles of the EWFM hydrocarbon loading arm range, combining durability, functionality, and ease of handling.

The loading arm is equipped with a compression spring balance cylinder for ease of movement and can be supplied with a loading valve offering either hold-open or stay-open operation. Options for extension or remote control of the outboard valve are available to enhance operator convenience. Additionally, the arm is fitted with a vacuum breaker to ensure rapid and efficient drainage after use.

To meet specific site requirements, the Model 2633 can be manufactured in either right-hand or left-hand configurations, ensuring flexibility and adaptability for a wide range of loading applications.
