Long Range Chemical Top Loading Arm with Vapour Recovery | Model 2903

The Model 2903 Long Range Chemical Top Loading Arm with Vapour Recovery is designed for loading media that release hazardous fumes. It prevents vapours from escaping into the surrounding atmosphere during filling operations. The arm is supplied with a vapour recovery cone, which seals the manhole and directs all vapours through the recovery line.

The arm incorporates four swivel joints for precise vertical and horizontal positioning. The vapour recovery cone features a circumferential handle, allowing the operator to manoeuvre the arm easily into the tanker.

A compression spring balance cylinder ensures smooth and controlled movement. The loading valve can operate in either hold-open or stay-open mode. An extension or remote control is available for the outboard valve, and a vacuum breaker enables fast drainage.
