Dry Evotek Couplings are engineered for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, featuring a unique exterior-facing mechanism that sets them apart from traditional couplings. This innovative design keeps all moving components outside the media flow, preventing direct contact with the substance being transferred and minimising contamination risks.
The optimised construction reduces dead spaces, ensuring exceptional draining and cleaning. With fewer areas for media to accumulate, the coupling enables faster, more efficient cleaning while maintaining high hygiene standards. The external mechanism also simplifies routine maintenance, making the coupling easier and quicker to service.
Depending on the size, the Dry Evotek Couplings are fitted with ergonomic handles for safe and easy manoeuvrability. These handles also act as a protective ring around the coupling. They are available in either standard composite or lightweight aluminium, giving flexibility to suit operational requirements. All wetted parts are FDA-approved, ensuring safety and compliance for sensitive chemical and pharmaceutical applications.
