Description

Ammonia Marine Loading Arms are engineered to provide safe and efficient transfer of ammonia in marine environments, where precision and reliability are critical. Designed to handle the unique challenges of ammonia’s volatile and corrosive properties, these arms combine robust construction with carefully selected materials and components to ensure operational safety and durability.

A standout feature of the Ammonia Marine Loading Arms is the nitrogen purge system integrated into the swivel joint. This system prevents ammonia from entering the swivel, which could otherwise lead to corrosion, freezing, or hazardous chemical reactions. By continuously purging the joint with nitrogen, the system displaces ammonia vapours, maintaining a safe chemical environment and minimising risk to personnel, equipment, and the surrounding environment.

The articulated and flexible design allows for smooth manoeuvrability and precise positioning during vessel loading and unloading, enhancing both efficiency and operator safety.
