Description

The Model 2475 A-Frame Triple Range Bottom Loading Arm is a highly efficient solution for sites where horizontal space is restricted. Its A-frame design allows the arm to be stored in a near-vertical position, conserving space when not in use. For operation, the arm is simply lowered and extended to provide ground-level bottom loading.

Thanks to the integration of a spring balance cylinder and precision-engineered swivel joints, the outboard connection remains horizontal in any position, ensuring safe and reliable filling. The swivel design also enables smooth manoeuvrability, with the arm capable of operating in either direction and offering up to 360° rotation for maximum flexibility.

The A-Frame Triple Range Bottom Loading Arm incorporates a total of five swivel joints – three dedicated to vertical movement and two for horizontal movement – delivering excellent reach and ease of handling. Connection to the pipework is typically achieved through an ANSI 150 flange, though alternatives are available on request. At the tanker interface, the arm can be supplied with an API coupler or a Dry Disconnect coupling, providing quick and secure connections to both road and rail tankers.
