Triple Range LPG Closed System Bottom Loading Arm Station | Model 2874

The Triple Range LPG Closed System Bottom Loading Arm Station (Model 2874) is designed for safe and efficient transfer of LPG products. It comes complete with both liquid and vapour arms for a fully closed loading system. With five swivel joints, the arm offers full vertical and horizontal rotation, making alignment with the tanker quick and easy. A spring balance system ensures smooth, effortless movement for the operator.

Flow is controlled by a ball valve with a locking device in the closed position for secure operation. A safety breakaway coupling prevents spillage if the vehicle moves unexpectedly, reducing fire risk and protecting both the environment and operator safety. The Triple Range LPG Closed System Bottom Loading Arm Station includes a second arm dedicated to vapour return, capturing vapours during loading and directing them back into the system.

The mating connection can be supplied as a loose flange, threaded connection, or dry break coupling to suit different requirements. The stand post can also be replaced with a support fixing plate for installation on a wall or gantry if needed.
