We can engineer to your specific requirements - today.
Tank Covers, available as fixed or full-contact floating designs in aluminium or reinforced glass-fibre plastic, provide long-lasting protection for oil–water separators and other installations. Ribbed panels with honeycomb cores ensure durability and buoyancy, while integrated test ports monitor vapour presence. UV- and ozone-resistant materials plus a patented connection system make installation quick and maintenance minimal, reducing emissions effectively.
The Tank Cover is a fixed or floating cover that are the ideal solution for concealing water and oil separator systems (API) and other installations. These covers offer enhanced performance and minimal maintenance, effectively reducing emissions into the atmosphere.
Our full contact floating cover is available in two sturdy material options: aluminium or reinforced glass fibre-infused plastic, perfect for adverse operating conditions. Each panel section is thoughtfully ribbed to ensure added strength and durability, guaranteeing longevity and reliability. The presence of test ports in every compartment of the panels ensures a thorough check for the absence of hydrocarbon vapours, maintaining an efficient and secure system.
With floating compartments engineered to provide exceptional buoyancy, our Tank Covers are almost unsinkable, offering peace of mind and safety in various operating conditions.
Our patented panel connection system streamlines the field installation process, making it quick and effortless. Constructed with premium materials, the panels consist of an aluminium sheet with an internal honeycomb structure (A5052), reinforced with adhesive epoxy resin internally and sealed with polysulfide externally.
Resistant to a wide range of substances found in Oil-Water Separators, the advanced aluminium materials in our Tank Covers ensure optimal performance and longevity. Additionally, all construction materials are UV and ozone resistant, preserving their integrity over time.
