The Subsea Swivel Joint is designed to relieve stress in pipework during subsea laying operations, reducing bending and preventing damage as equipment is lowered to the seabed. Proven in oil and gas applications at depths of up to 3,000 metres, it enhances installation efficiency and reliability. Built to ISO and API standards, other specifications can be met when required.
Subsea Swivel Joints are engineered to relieve stress in pipework during subsea installation, providing a reliable solution for challenging deep-water operations. This swivel has been successfully supplied to oil and gas projects at depths of up to 3,000 metres, helping to minimise bending and reduce the risk of damage as equipment is lowered to the seabed. By reducing bending moments, the Subsea Swivel Joint also shortens installation time and ensures safer handling of subsea systems.
Designed in accordance with ISO 13628 (API 17D) and ISO 10423 (API 6A), Subsea Swivel Joints can also be manufactured to meet other industry standards as required. Its design and construction can be reviewed and inspected by classification authorities, such as DNV and ABS, ensuring compliance with rigorous safety and performance requirements.
