Description
Methanol Couplings are engineered to enable the safe and reliable transfer of methanol, a highly flammable and toxic substance. By providing a secure connection between hoses and storage tanks, these couplings prevent leaks, spills, and hazardous vapours, ensuring both operational safety and environmental protection.
Each system consists of two key components: the hose unit and the tank unit. The hose unit attaches directly to the transfer hose, while the tank unit is mounted on the storage tank or container. When connected, the units form a leak-proof seal, allowing methanol to flow safely and efficiently from one vessel to another.
Constructed from high-grade stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant materials, methanol couplings are designed to withstand the aggressive nature of methanol, delivering long-term durability even in demanding industrial environments. Optional features, such as colour coding, locking mechanisms, and dust caps, can be included to further enhance safety and ease of use during transfer operations.
