Long Range Top Loading Arm with Vapour Recovery | Model 2620

The Long-Range Top Loading Arm with Vapour Recovery is the ideal solution for protecting operators and the environment when handling hazardous vapours during tanker and railcar loading. Mounted on a horizontal boom assembly, the arm offers a wide range of movement across both vertical and horizontal planes, enabling multiple compartments to be filled efficiently without the need to reposition the vehicle.

The vapour recovery system is designed with a sealing cone, which prevents harmful vapours from escaping into the atmosphere. In addition to enhancing safety, this feature can also be economically beneficial, as it enables recovery of valuable product vapours. The loading arm is supplied with three swivel joints and a swivel elbow to ensure precise positioning and easy manoeuvrability.

As standard with EWFM’s hydrocarbon loading arms, this model is equipped with a spring balance cylinder for ease of handling, a pneumatic loading valve for controlled product transfer, and a vacuum breaker to ensure rapid and reliable drainage. The Model 2620 Long Range Top Loading Arm with vapour recovery also includes an overfill sensor, which automatically signals the valve to close once the tanker has reached maximum capacity, ensuring both safety and operational efficiency.
