Liquid cooling couplings are engineered for closed-loop thermal management systems used in data centres and high-performance computing infrastructure. Suitable for water, glycol and dielectric fluids, they are available in Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Hastelloy and other material configurations. Incorporating the established STANAG 3756 bayonet coupling standard, they provide secure, repeatable connection and disconnection for larger cooling circuits and bulk coolant transfer applications.

Liquid cooling couplings are designed for the safe and efficient transfer of coolant within large-scale thermal management systems used in data centres and high-performance computing environments. As cooling demands increase with the growth of AI and hyperscale infrastructure, reliable fluid connections have become essential for maintaining system performance and operational continuity.
These couplings provide secure connection and disconnection of larger bore cooling lines used in primary and secondary cooling circuits, supporting maintenance, commissioning and system expansion activities without compromising circuit integrity. Their design helps minimise fluid loss and maintain coolant cleanliness during routine operations.
Common applications include coolant distribution units (CDUs), heat rejection systems, load bank cooling circuits, chiller connections and bulk filling or draining operations involving water, glycol mixtures and dielectric fluids. They are also well suited to temporary cooling systems and modular data centre installations where dependable, repeatable connections are required.
Available in stainless steel, aluminium, Hastelloy and other material configurations, liquid cooling couplings can be specified to suit a wide range of operating conditions and media compatibility requirements. Their robust construction and established bayonet interface design provide long service life and consistent performance in demanding cooling applications.
As liquid cooling technology becomes increasingly important in AI and next-generation computing environments, dependable large-bore coupling systems play a vital role in ensuring efficient, maintainable and scalable cooling infrastructure.
