Hose Swivel Joints are designed to minimise torsion in hose assemblies, improving nozzle handling and coupling during the transfer of petroleum products and chemicals. Delivering high flow rates with low pressure drops, they require little to no maintenance thanks to their durable stainless steel ball and spring-assisted seal design. An ideal, long-lasting solution for extending hose life and enhancing operational efficiency.
Hose Swivel Joints are designed to prevent torsion in hose assemblies, making them ideal for applications such as filling machines and other systems where hoses are frequently connected and disconnected. They also improve the handling and coupling of nozzles during the transfer of petroleum products, chemicals, and other liquids, enhancing both efficiency and safety. However, these Swivels are not suitable for applications involving high bending moments.
Engineered for high flow rates with minimal pressure drop, each Hose Swivel Joint is designed for low-maintenance operation. The construction comprises two precision machined body halves, stainless steel balls, and a spring-assisted O-ring seal, providing smooth rotation, reliable sealing, and extended service life.
Offering a cost effective solution for prolonging the lifespan of hose lines while improving overall operational efficiency, Hose Swivel Joints are an ideal choice for industries handling demanding fluid transfer processes.
