Description

The Model 622/722 – BC Fixed Reach Top Loading Arm is designed for the top filling of road tankers and rail cars where the manhole fill point is located at a fixed position. The Model 622 is equipped with a light-duty swivel, while the Model 722 incorporates our standard heavy-duty swivel joints, offering enhanced durability and performance.

As this is a fixed reach loading arm, the vehicle must always be positioned at a set distance from the arm for effective operation. It is therefore typically suited to applications with a single designated fill point.

The design incorporates three swivel joints to provide both vertical and horizontal movement, ensuring smooth and reliable handling. A compression spring balance cylinder assists with ease of manoeuvrability, while the arm is supplied with a loading valve featuring either hold-open or stay-open operation. For added convenience, extension or remote control options are available for the outboard loading valve.

The Model 622/722 – BC also be manufactured in either right- or left-hand configuration to suit site requirements.
