Double Range Bottom Unloading Arm Electrically Heated | Model 2454-TRC

The Double Range Bottom Unloading Arm Electrically Heated is designed for the safe and efficient transfer of hot liquids in both road and rail applications. Built and certified to ATEX and PED standards, it provides a robust solution where heated media must be unloaded through a bottom connection point.

Mounted on a riser post, with support mounts or riser posts available on request, the arm combines stability and ease of use. A base support at the bottom balances the arm during operation, while an integrated handle at the connection point enables smooth, controlled manoeuvring when attaching to the tanker.

For enhanced operator safety, the design incorporates three EEx-d boxes for the heating system to contain any potential internal explosions. Optional insulation can also be added up to the last swivel joint to reduce heat loss from the arm, making the Double Range Bottom Unloading Arm – Electrically Heated a reliable choice for handling high-temperature liquids.
