Bottom Loading Arm
The Bottom Loading Flexible Hose (Model 750/740) is designed for efficient, multi-product loading, allowing several fluids to be transferred simultaneously across staggered connection points. Its composite hose and four integrated swivel joints provide smooth, precise movement, while the steering handle enhances operator control. Equipped with API couplers and optional vapour recovery, it ensures safety, flexibility, and operational efficiency.
The Bottom Loading Flexible Hose (Model 750/740) is a versatile bottom loading arm, designed for efficient multi-product loading operations. Its flexible design allows multiple arms to cross over each other in loading bays, enabling several fluids to be transferred simultaneously from a single station to different connection points on a tanker or railcar. Unlike traditional drop tubes, this model incorporates a composite hose, providing slight flexibility to reach staggered filling points. Colour-coded hose covers are also available to distinguish between different fluid types, enhancing safety and operational efficiency.
This Bottom Loading Arm features four integrated swivel joints, with two dedicated to vertical movement and two to horizontal movement, ensuring smooth and precise positioning during operation. The final elbow is fitted with a steering handle, allowing operators to control the hose easily when connecting to the tanker’s mating point.
As standard, the arm is equipped with an API female coupler for quick and reliable connections, with the option to switch to a dry disconnect coupling if required. For applications requiring vapour recovery, this arm can be supplied with alternative seal systems and a vapour coupling, providing a flexible solution tailored to specific operational requirements.
