The Atlanta Marine Loading Arm features a durable carbon-steel support structure and counterweighted inboard/outboard arms for stable operation across a wide movement range. Its Model 4-2ST sandwich-design swivel joints allow fast overhauls and on-site seal replacement without special tools. Hydraulically and mechanically locked when resting, it handles aggressive chemicals, extreme temperatures, and varied pressures for reliable marine or inland transfer.
Description
Atlanta Marine Loading Arm is a hydraulic system for safe, efficient transfer of liquids and gases between tankers and shore facilities. It uses a separate support structure balanced by a cable pantograph with two individual counterweights.
The durable carbon-steel support construction maintains stability and balance throughout the arm’s full movement range. Inboard and outboard arms are precisely counterweighted, keeping a consistent nominal bore across the entire arm. In its resting position, the arm locks hydraulically and mechanically, reducing maintenance needs and enabling reliable operation over large working areas.
Fitted with Model 4-2ST Swivel Joints in a sandwich design, the Atlanta Marine Loading Arm allows easy overhauls without dismantling or special tools. Seals can also be replaced quickly on site. This loading arm is ideal for aggressive chemicals, extreme temperatures and varied pressure applications across marine and inland transfer operations.
