I don’t think anyone could have predicted 2020. A year initially planned for many major events including the European Football Championships and the Olympics, all taken away from us because of one aggressive virus.The pandemic COVID-19 has ruled 2020 as many countries across the globe have had to fight to keep it under control. Many people have sadly passed and EWFM send our condolences to all those who have been affected. We would also like to give our upmost gratitude to the NHS and all those across the globe who have had to face the Virus head on.The working world has faced many challenges, the majority people having to adapt to work from home. This has really shown the advancement of Technology, with Zoom, Teams and Skype all becoming our new best friends. Many businesses have struggled and many have shown their intuition to diversify.With 2020 ending and 2021 beginning there is now, we hope, an end in sight. Vaccinations have been created and are now being rolled out in mass within the UK. We hope that 2021 will give everyone a brighter future.Despite this crazy year EWFM has surpassed expectations and flourished. Amazingly we have seen an increase in turnover of over 50%. This is down to the team’s hard work throughout the year. Particular highlights include

We enter 2021 with some nice projects on the go. In particular 4 x 20” Floating Suction Units for a major UK airport. 20 x 6″ Swivel Joints for Muck Spreading in the USA. We are sure there will be many more.Moving forward to 2021 it very hard for EWFM to shout about what we have planned. It’s a weird time and there are a lot of unknowns about the future. What we can guarantee is that we will be here to support our customers throughout.
