Description
The Swivel Joint 4044 Series is designed for submerged duty and is commonly used with floating suction units. Constructed in aluminium as standard, the 4044 Series is typically supplied to Style 40, with alternative configurations available upon request.
This Swivel Joint features three flanged connections: a male and female flange located in the middle of the unit, and flanged drops at both ends. The central section houses two rows of ball bearings, providing smooth and reliable operation under submerged conditions.
The Swivel Joint 4044 Series is particularly suitable for applications involving aviation fuels, making it ideal for the defence and aviation industries. For projects requiring a similar design in alternative materials, EWFM also offers stainless steel and carbon steel options, providing flexibility for a wide range of submerged duty applications.
