The 2815 Series Swivel Joint features a robust three-piece split flange design, delivering carbon steel strength enhanced by a stainless steel liner for handling aggressive media. Its construction allows quick and easy primary seal changes without disturbing the ball bearings. Ideal for unsupported loads and a wide range of chemicals, foods, and beverages, it can be supplied individually or fully fabricated.
The Swivel Joint 2815 Series is a three-piece split flange swivel joint, similar in design to the 2833 Series. Unlike the 2833, the 2815 Series is exclusively available in carbon steel, but features a stainless steel 316L liner, combining the strength of carbon steel with the chemical resistance of stainless steel. This makes it suitable for unsupported loads and a wide range of aggressive media, including chemicals, foodstuffs, and beverages.
The three-piece design allows for quick and efficient replacement of the primary seal without the need to remove the ball bearings, reducing maintenance time and downtime. The Swivel Joint 2815 Series can be supplied individually or fabricated with elbows and end fittings in a variety of styles to meet specific system requirements, providing flexibility for diverse industrial applications.
