Secondary Wiper Seal (WPR)

The Secondary Wiper Seal is designed to prevent product loss and reduce atmospheric contamination in Internal Floating Roof Tanks (IFRT). It provides a reliable barrier between the stored product and the atmosphere, helping to maintain product integrity while supporting environmental compliance.

This seal is suitable for use with both aluminium and carbon steel internal floating roofs and can be adapted to a variety of tank sizes and configurations. The durable wiper material maintains consistent contact with the tank shell, ensuring minimal product evaporation and effective containment of vapours.

Installation is straightforward, allowing the seal to be fitted while the tank remains in service, which reduces downtime and operational disruption. The design also accommodates slight irregularities in tank rims, maintaining optimal performance over the lifetime of the seal.
