Available in three grades, they cater to a range of applications: Grade 3 for light hydrocarbons, Grade 7 for heavier hydrocarbons, and Grade 9 for biofuels, aromatics, and solvents. Their durable, multi-layered construction ensures long-lasting performance across diverse transfer operations.
Description
Oil Composite Hose are designed for safe, reliable transfer of petroleum products, chemicals, and other liquids. Built for demanding industrial environments, they offer exceptional durability and performance.
We offer three hose grades to meet different operational needs:
Grade 3 is lightweight and designed for low-pressure applications, such as road tanker deliveries of light hydrocarbons. It features multiple layers of polypropylene fabrics and films and operates at 10.5 bar standard duty.
Grade 7 is a heavy-duty hose for transferring oils and petroleum products. It is ideal for rail car loading, road tanker bottom loading, and other high-strength applications.
Grade 9 is a specialised hose for high-aromatic solvents, MTBE, and unleaded fuels. It has a nylon lining and shares the robust construction of Grade 7.
All hoses include an inner helix made from galvanised steel or aluminium. The outer wire is galvanised steel, with aluminium available for Grade 3. This construction ensures flexibility, strength, and long service life across a range of conditions.
