Dry Disconnect Couplings are designed for safe, fast, and spill-free transfer of liquids. With a simple push and turn, these couplings automatically open the valve, creating a secure connection that minimises leaks, reduces downtime, and protects both operators and the environment. They’re ideal for demanding industries such as the hydrocarbon, chemical, and petrochemical where precision and safety are critical.
Dry Disconnect Couplings are a part of EWFM’s extensive range of couplers. These ensure a spill free, quick and dry connection & disconnection of hoses and pipelines. These have been used in a variety of industries where spillage needs to be minimised. Generally, the products that are pushed through couplings are petroleum, chemical or gas.
Aluminium, brass, stainless steel, hastelloy and PEEK are the main materials that our Couplings are available in, however, if you require a more exotic material, they are available on request. Dependant on what material you go for, they all have different working, test and burst pressures.
