Model 4903 Double Range Top Loading Arm Hydraulically Operated (Automatic)

Description

The Model 4903 Double Range Top Loading Arm is designed for safe, efficient Top Loading across varied tanker heights. Its double range configuration allows operators to handle both low and high level inlets without needing multiple arms or complex adjustments.

Hydraulic operation ensures smooth and precise movement, reducing operator effort while maintaining consistent poisoning during loading. The arm’s robust swivel joint systems provides both vertical and horizontal articulation, allowing accurate alignment with tanker manholes and reducing strain on both equipment and personnel.

The arm connects to the tanker via a vapour recovery cone and drop tube, supporting controlled, safe loading while reducing emissions. For operations handling hot products, the Model 4903 is available in electrically-heated or jacketed versions, ensuring safe handling and maintaining product integrity.
