EWFM Cryogenic Swivel Joints are precision-engineered to handle the most demanding cryogenic fluid transfer applications. Built from specialised stainless steels and equipped with dual ball races and a double main seal system, they ensure smooth rotation, high load capacity, and enhanced safety under extreme temperatures down to -255°C (18.15K). The 4 piece construction with identical flanges allows fast installation and simplifies maintenance, reducing downtime in critical systems.

Description
EWFM Cryogenic Swivel Joints provide reliable, leak-free rotation for transferring ultra-low temperature fluids, including Liquid Natural Gas (LNG), Liquid Oxygen (LOX), Liquid Nitrogen (LN₂), Liquid Argon (LAr), Liquid Hydrogen (LH₂ / H₂), and other cryogenic fluids. They reduce pipework stress while ensuring safety and long-term performance in critical cryogenic systems.
Made from cryogenic grade stainless steels, each joint features dual ball races for high load capacity and a main seal system with UHMW-PE seals. Bearings can be flushed with dry gas or be put under a vacuum, depending on the fluid, and an optional air-barrier liner helps reduce cooling times.
The 4 piece construction with identical flanges simplifies installation and maintenance. Joints accommodate design pressures from -0.5 to 25 bar and temperatures down to -255°C (18.15K), depending on the media. EWFM Cryogenic Swivel Joints suit LNG terminals, industrial gas plants, hydrogen transfer systems, and other low-temperature applications where reliability, safety, and performance are essential.
