Designed for fixed, variable, and long-reach top loading arms, the Model 2289 features a drop tube swivel for smooth alignment and reduced hose stress. Standard or optional TTMA flanges accommodate various installations. Flow rates reach 75 mc/h for 3″ and 125 mc/h for 4″ valves. Its durable internal mechanism ensures reliable, spill-free hydrocarbon transfer with enhanced operational efficiency.
The Model 2289 Check Valve with drop tube swivel is engineered for use on fixed, variable, and long-reach top loading arms for hydrocarbons. It is specifically designed for pre-set loading racks, ensuring precise flow control and automatically stopping liquid flow when the pump shuts off. This prevents spills, improves safety, and maintains operational efficiency.
Both ends of the valve come with standard flange connections, with TTMA flanges available on request. Flow rates vary by size, with the 3″ valve rated at 75 mc/h maximum and the 4″ valve at 125 mc/h maximum.
Built for durability, the Model 2289 features a robust internal mechanism to withstand the rigors of industrial loading operations. Its drop tube swivel design allows smooth alignment and reduces stress on connected hoses and loading arms, ensuring longer equipment life.
Ideal for hydrocarbon transfer applications, the Model 2289 Check Valve enhances safety, accuracy, and efficiency in liquid handling operations.
